IDR is seeking a Print Finisher to join one of our top clients in the print industry in Salt Lake City, Utah.

*this positions hours:3:30pm to 12am*
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Print Finisher: Safely and efficiently operate machines to complete high-quality printed materials for customers. Follow job ticket instructions to convert post-press products into finished goods. Set up machines to meet customer specifications and ensure optimal production efficiency. Perform quality checks to ensure product meets company standards and customer requirements. Inspect equipment for defects and perform necessary maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Adhere to all safety protocols and operating procedures. Participate in department meetings, training, and development events. Required Skills for the Print Finisher:
Strong experience in machine operation, particularly in a manufacturing or print environment. Basic math skills, including an understanding of metric and standard measurements/conversions. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard work instructions and quality guidelines. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Proficient with MS Office tools for communication and basic data entry. High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Skills for the Print Finisher:
At least 1 year of experience in a machine operator role. Previous experience working in a print shop is a plus. What's in it for you?
