Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Philadelphia, PA) Contract Type:
24-month Contract with the potential for Full-Time Conversion (based on performance) Work Hours:
40 hours per week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST typical shift; no overtime expected)
Travel/Expenses: Local candidates only (no relocation, mileage, or travel reimbursement provided).
Contractor is responsible for parking expenses.
Ideal Candidate Profile Required Skills:
Customer Service Quality Analysis : At least
3 years of experience
interpreting customer service data and metrics.
Power BI & Excel Expertise : Proficiency in creating dashboards, analyzing data, and generating reports.
Data Interpretation : Ability to evaluate and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with
Tableau
is a plus.
Experience and Education:
Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Analysis or Business Analysis.
Education : High school diploma required. College degree (BA/BS) preferred and prioritized. Candidates without a degree must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in Quality Analysis.
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support the Operations Call Center & Billing (Customer Care & Billing) department. This role involves analyzing client data, interpreting metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize Customer Care and Billing strategies.
You will play a key role in assisting with data analysis, report creation, and collaboration with stakeholders to identify solutions that align with business objectives. This is a
hybrid opportunity , requiring onsite presence three days a week located in
Philadelphia, PA
.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze
Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
metrics and data to identify trends and insights.
Develop reports and dashboards in
Excel
and
Power BI
to support strategic decision-making.
Interpret data findings and communicate solutions to client management through briefings, meetings, and reports.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Participate in workshops and meetings to provide updates on project progress.
Support the development and testing of new systems or system enhancements.
Assist in preparing training materials and user documentation.
Provide post-implementation support to system users.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
