Work Schedule:
Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Philadelphia, PA)
Contract Type:
24-month Contract with the potential for Full-Time Conversion (based on performance)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST typical shift; no overtime expected)Travel/Expenses:
  • Local candidates only (no relocation, mileage, or travel reimbursement provided).

  • Contractor is responsible for parking expenses.

Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired Skills:
  • Customer Service Quality Analysis: At least 3 years of experience interpreting customer service data and metrics.

  • Power BI & Excel Expertise: Proficiency in creating dashboards, analyzing data, and generating reports.

  • Data Interpretation: Ability to evaluate and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

Experience and Education:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Analysis or Business Analysis.

  • Education: High school diploma required. College degree (BA/BS) preferred and prioritized. Candidates without a degree must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in Quality Analysis.

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support the Operations Call Center & Billing (Customer Care & Billing) department. This role involves analyzing client data, interpreting metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize Customer Care and Billing strategies.You will play a key role in assisting with data analysis, report creation, and collaboration with stakeholders to identify solutions that align with business objectives. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring onsite presence three days a week located in Philadelphia, PA .Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) metrics and data to identify trends and insights.

  • Develop reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

  • Interpret data findings and communicate solutions to client management through briefings, meetings, and reports.

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Participate in workshops and meetings to provide updates on project progress.

  • Support the development and testing of new systems or system enhancements.

  • Assist in preparing training materials and user documentation.

  • Provide post-implementation support to system users.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $43.00 per hour
