Responsibilities

•Answering incoming phone calls and prioritizing them accordingly as well as directing the incoming calls to the appropriate staff member•Organizing and maintaining the Firm Partner calendar and schedule•Scheduling business and personal travel for the Firm Partner•Providing customer service to and developing relationships with clients•Creating and developing content for blogs, the Firm's website, and social media posts•Improving and maintaining the referral database and working with the Firm to grade referents•Making sure that basic bookkeeping requirements are completed on time•Office supply management; assessing and ordering supplies when necessary•Attending the Firm's Partner meetings and transcribing notes•Organizing the Firm's Partner e-mail with priorities and responding when necessary•Directing inquiries, external and internal, to other staff as needed•Sending and receiving mail•Interpreting and organizing incoming client information and providing summaries to the Firm Partner•Scheduling marketing and office events•Working with all of the Firm's vendors on tasks and projects that need to be completed and/or require attention•Develop and maintain a guide for assisting the Firm Partner

Qualifications

•2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a company's C-Suite and/or Owners•The minimum education requirement of either a High School diploma or a GED. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required•Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with different Executives' personalities•Microsoft proficient and able to learn new programs/applications quickly•Organizational skills, the ability to pivot, and a can-do mindset are a must•Marketing knowledge and skills preferred
