NexGen Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.
NexGen Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing started 15 years ago looking to make an impact on the Home Service industry by paying close attention to detail, having a strong commitment to our values and a belief that the best way we can serve our customers is by giving back to our community. We've grown to 10 locations across Southern California, with headquarters in Anaheim, servicing customers every day and continuing to grow into the industry standard for all things HVAC and Plumbing. What Will I Do?
Schedule and monitor daily technician scheduleDispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and locationReceive and record completed work orders from the field techniciansContact customers to confirm next-day appointmentsCommunicate with field personnel via OutlookHandle paperwork for assigned departments and techniciansMaintain accurate technician databaseCoordinate parts schedulingCoordinate warranty installations with other divisionsAnswer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customersQualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
High School Diploma or GED preferred2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industryBasic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applicationsExperience with Service Titan is a plus
