A client of Insight Global is seeking experienced Project Support Specialist to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The Project Support Specialist will assist the project executive with the delivery of capital projects and consulting services. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing all project financials, budget commitments, and invoice processing, ensuring these documents are accurately reviewed and processed through the client's financial systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree (construction/architecture/civil engineering) or 4 years of experience in administration or accounting

Microsoft Office

Bookkeeping experience (budgeting, A/P)

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

E-Builder experience

experience working with construction/engineering/architecture firms

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
