A client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help support a client of theirs that is within the education space. They will be supporting their faculty, staff and students in Manhattan, NY. This position is a 6-month contract with ongoing extensions, and the hours are 7:30-3:45pm EST, Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate has been in a IT support position before handling a variety of different software's and devices. In this position you will be handling various tickets that come from staff and assisting with equipment/device setup along with troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience working with Apple products: Mac, iPads, IOS
Experience working with Chromebooks
Setup of Zoom rooms including audio visual equipment
Imaging of laptops
Strong customer service and communication skills
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
