Client Services Escalation Analyst
for a
Contract job

Beaverton, OR (Remote).
The candidate will be expected to analyze trends within escalations and maintain high attention to detail.
Rate Range:
$19/hour to $24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Client Services Escalation Analyst job responsibilities include:
Providing timely and accurate responses to escalations, demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism. Researching complex claimant inquiries and process issues, and communicating findings with project teams, claimants, and operational departments. Developing FAQs and identifying deficiencies to reduce future escalations. Assisting in the creation of operating standards to ensure consistent service across escalation teams. Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment between client services and other departments. Managing work orders and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring proper follow-up and closure. Analyzing trends within escalations to identify recurring issues and implement improvements. Desired Qualifications:
College degree required. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, high-volume Administrative Assistant, or closely related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear, concise written communication. Pay Details:
$19.00 to $24.00 per hour
