Accounts Payable Accountant

We are currently seeking applicants for an Accounts Payable Accountant role with a great company in Burlington! This role is responsible for managing the payables, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the accounting team with various accounting tasks.
Job Duties:
Managing accounts payable using accounting software (NetSuite)
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and check requests
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Monitor and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments
Processing due invoices for payments
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting or a related field
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
3+ years of accounts payable experience
Pay is dependent on experience but between $50,000-60,000/year. If you would like to be considered for this role, apply now!
