Production Support Analyst

to provide top-notch application support for trading and order entry platforms within our Global Wealth and Investment Management business line. You'll play a crucial role in proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving our application environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:Experience : 2+ years in financial application support, especially within banking or investment platforms.Technical Skills :Splunk

and/or

Dynatrace

experience for monitoring and log analysis.Server Administration

skills in UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.Familiarity with

Java ,

Spring Boot ,

Kafka ,

Cockroach , and

Redis .Experience with

Remedy

and

JIRA

for issue tracking and documentation.Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate issues and resolutions effectively.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Requirement
