Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing customer contracts and pricing agreements in the SAP business system, as well as entering new contracts and coordinating contract changes and renewal efforts with field service leaders. The Contract Administrator will be assigned to a geographic region and will have full responsibility for contract management for the customers within that region. This includes pricing renewals, PM maintenance, equipment changes and various other tasks. The Contract Administrator is also responsible for conducting ongoing sales and marketing initiatives, including the creation of sales and service leads.

Interface with internal and external customers to provide information about contracts and pricing agreements. Establish new contracts in the SAP business system in accordance with new or revised commercial relationships. Work closely with field personnel to help with the establishment or revision of contracts. Initiate and execute the contract renewal process. Enter customer contract related information into the SAP business system accurately. Establish PM schedules in the SAP system in accordance with customers' requirements. Identify contract problems and breakdowns in the system and make corrections. Research and analyze special projects as assigned. Monthly processing of pre-paid contract billings. Review customer contract documents and process through MT legal workflow. All other duties as assigned. What You Need to Succeed
Associates degree (Business or Communications); or two to three years of customer service, accounting/finance or invoicing experience. Significant experience with ERP and/or CRM systems, particularly in the areas of contract management. Must be computer literate and be proficient M/S Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must be a self-starter who will identify problems and initiate corrective actions without specific direction from the Leader. Ability to interact with customers to discuss price increases, contract changes and contract renewals. Ability to make independent, reasoned decisions. Decision making authority includes (but is not restricted to) when to involve field personnel or other managers in the renewal of pricing agreements and contracts, and when to act independently regarding contract pricing and renewal issues. Work effectively within the Service Support department and Field Service Operations. Be able to interface with other departments and teams in a professional and cooperative manner Strong customer service ethic and ability to articulate to customers the value of Mettler Toledo's service products. Work diligently and professionally in the pursuit of department and company goals.
