Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings as well as conference attendance and registrations #time123 General Proofreading Handling incoming multi line phone system Manage and maintain company memberships Upload files in SharePoint, adding metadata as appropriate Assist in production of company newsletter Socail media searches for relevant information Assists with preperation of PowerPoint presentations File maintenance Develop templates for numerous types of documents Research relevant topics as directed by management
Skill Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Proactive and independent with the ability to take iniatative Excellent time management skillls with a proven ability to meet deadlines Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
