This is primarily a remote position; however, availability for attending events and making in-person client visits when necessary will be required.

What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads.- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.- Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.- Identify client needs to then prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.- Collaborate with the various internal teams involved with the sales process.- In-depth contract negotiation.- Remote team collaboration.- Quickly develop an autonomous working capability.- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results to management.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with software development and IT outsourcing is required.- Minimum of 5 years of proven business-to-business sales experience targeting US clientele.- Exceptional in-person presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.- Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced sales environment.- Proven results in closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.- Experience hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals.- Excellent English communication skills.- Must reside in the US.
