Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls & make outbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Make collections calls to insurance companies and homeowners
  • Create invoices and submit to homeowners
  • Create documents and reports to submit to insurance companies
  • Schedule appointment for the field team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • QuickBooks proficient

Schedule:

  • 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
