Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls & make outbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Make collections calls to insurance companies and homeowners
- Create invoices and submit to homeowners
- Create documents and reports to submit to insurance companies
- Schedule appointment for the field team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- QuickBooks proficient
Schedule:
- 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
