Construct the framework for multi-family homes, including walls, floors, roofs, and staircases, using wood and metal framing techniques. Install doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. Perform finish carpentry tasks, such as installing moldings, trim, and baseboards, to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the homes. Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and tools, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications & Experience: OSHA-10 Certification preferred 5+ years of framing carpentry experience on commercial units Owns tools to complete framing assignments High attention to detail and focus on accuracy Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Prior experience in the commercial field preferred Prior experience using Proficient in power tool and air compressor tools required TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
