This role is perfect for an attorney with over 3 years of experience specializing in employment litigation, particularly in handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery and Pleadings: Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
- Motions: Prepare and argue motions before the court.
- Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions related to employment litigation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employment litigation, with specific experience in California wage-hour class action and PAGA cases.
- Skills: Outstanding writing and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Attributes: Self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice law in California.
- Salary: $200,000 to $260,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
