A leading aerospace company is seeking an experienced and driven Plant Manager to join their state-of-the-art facility in the Greater El Paso area. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to lead experienced manufacturing professionals while ensuring all plant operations are completed safely and efficiently.
The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Collaborate with EHS department to ensure plant activities are compliant with guidelines and reduce risk of environmental impact Maintains workforce engagement through regular communication and collaboration Utilize LEAN manufacturing techniques / principles to drive continuous improvement within the facility Monitor all manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and quality aspects of plant operation Monitor KPI's and prepare monthly business reviews Provide leadership on capital projects The Plant Manager will have the following Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in manufacturing plant leadership Experience working within aerospace industry preferred Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering field strongly preferred LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications preferred Experience using preventative or predictive maintenance programs Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
