Assistant production manager

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused individual to assist our production team in managing daily manufacturing operations. This position is key to maintaining high-quality standards, improving workflow efficiency, and achieving production targets. Oversee and assist production staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, collaborating with the purchasing team to ensure proper stock levels. Identify and resolve production challenges, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Work closely with Quality Control to ensure products meet required specifications and standards. Analyze production data to drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate and provide on-the-job training for team members, encouraging skill growth and cross-functional expertise.
