Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Global Insurance Analyst. This position will be located at our Beachwood, OH facility.
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our dynamic team as a Global Insurance Analyst. This role requires a strong ability to utilize processes and data to measure and drive claim performance. The incumbent will have strong skills in strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of insurance claims.
• Ensure that claims are processed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Utilize established processes and data analysis to drive claim performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize claims outcomes.
• Identify claim trends to support risk mitigation efforts.
• Support claim investigations.
• Utilize established processes and data analysis to measure performance of third-party vendors.
• Manage and update claim related procedure and workflow requirements for third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claims processing and reporting.
• Provide detailed reports and updates on claim status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn about new solutions and processes and assess their feasibility for Eaton. Partner with stakeholders for successful implementation of initiatives.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the insurance team; devise and recommend solutions to simplify, automate and centralize operations. Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging risk management systems and technology solutions.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand the business, assess risk appetite, and suggest solutions to enhance the insurance team’s strategic value add to the business.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years in claims or related experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or MBA from an accredited institution.
• Experience in corporate treasury or other corporate finance functions.
• Experience with claims, including multi-state workers’ compensation and global claims.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and teams.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
