Responsibilities
This is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment.
The IT Asset Management Analyst manages the relationship and monitors performance of information technology vendors contracted for the delivery of outsourced services.
Works closely with the information technology user groups and contracted service providers to assess internal needs and vendor performance. Establishes and monitors service level agreements. Audits contractual compliance, solicits feedback from users, and communicates scorecards to vendors. Coordinates lifecycle activities such as incident management, compliance audits, software licensing and software/hardware upgrades and maintenance. Performs cost and spend analysis to identify cost effective solutions for existing and future contracts. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Experience:
5 years of work experience; 2 years of related experience is required.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
