Clarke University is currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Shift Supervisor at our Café 1843 operation. This is a full-time 10-month position, 40 hours per week with rotating weekends. 2 P.M. - 10 P.M.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Supervising student workers, short order cooking, light food preparation, daily cleaning, assisting with cash register duties, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include
High school degree
Working knowledge of food service equipment
Must be ready to work within a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Willing to work some special events
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
