Hotel del Coronado, Curio Collection by Hilton 1500 Orange Avenue Coronado 92118A Director of Membership Sales leads and directs Membership Sales in the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize and grow club membership. Responds to inquiries, initiates new club sales with prospective members and business associates. Oversees the budget and all financial aspects of the operation. Develops and implements strategic plan.Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the process to create Club structure and Club documents, including Membership Plan, Rules and Regulations, Applications and all other necessary documents.Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies.Maintain and prospect Sales Database.Define local, regional and national target markets for prospective members.Create and maintain Club collateral.Review documents, pricing, existing sales and marketing strategies.Analyze and manage prospective membership demographics, prospects lists and rejection list.Plan, organize and implement prospective member events.Develop strategies and processes to capture business intelligence, analyze information, and use it to regularly enhance membership growth strategies and tactics.Maintain website in collaboration with the resort marketing office.Assist and direct in new member orientation.What are we looking for?
