Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading project development initiatives. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the cosmetics packaging industry and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will be coordinate with our teams in Taiwan and China for details information needed. Main Activities Sales Development: Lead sales initiatives with direct responsibility and support activities to drive revenue growth. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Profitability: Identify opportunities to increase profitability through strategic sales and pricing initiatives. KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as overdue accounts, inventory levels, and price adjustments, launching actions as needed. Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a high level of service and support. Bid and Project Management: Lead bid processes and manage projects involving internal stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia. Business Case Development: Create business cases for complex projects to facilitate decision-making. Project Interface: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams for new product launches and developments. Reporting: Provide regular updates and key information through company tools. In LIBO we use Microsoft sales system to maintain. Performance Analysis: Analyze monthly results and monitor achievement of sales objectives. Crisis Management: Manage crisis situations effectively, launching dedicated task forces as necessary. Communication and Action Plans: Implement and manage communication and action plans to resolve issues promptly. Accountability including KPIs Profitability Growth: Ensure profitable growth in sales volume and turnover. Customer Service Metrics: Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Performance Factors: Ensure the maintenance and improvement of key performance factors, including investment, profit, working capital, and pricing. Project Management: Oversee complex project management and crisis situations, ensuring proactive and reactive communication. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the cosmetics packaging industry. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving sales growth. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones. Must be located in the Los Angeles area. Profile (Experience & Qualifications) Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, building long-term relationships. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Communication: Provide clear and timely directions, ensuring expectations are well understood. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales in the packaging industry Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft APP system such as Teams, project, planner etc is a plus. Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills. Teamwork: Foster teamwork by leveraging diversity, encouraging open communication, and managing conflicts effectively. Goal-Oriented: Take initiative, set challenging goals, and follow up on achievements. Project Leadership: Plan and manage resources and activities to achieve project goals, building effective project teams. Expected base salary range $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
