POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and hitting organizational targets through a combination of coaching and leading your team to hit sales targets, researching new markets, developing relationships with companies or prospective partners and clients, and presenting sales pitches. The role will interface with the sales team and leadership to report and analyze specifics around the sales process, as well as assist in onboarding and training of new Market Development Associates. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and remarkable interpersonal skills. OBJECTIVES Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to take more virtual meetings with clients Manager calls Take overflow meetings from setters in the event that closers are unavailable. Meet monthly sales target by way of the team that you manage. Travel to events to help the team achieve sales targets (5-10% travel to local events) Ability to manage team processes, assist with onboarding, and lead weekly group and individual training. Set appointments for high level clients and close on Cardone Ventures products Serve as the mentor for onboarding team members. Run morning meetings during leadership absence to review current sales stats and communicate priorities to the team. Handle escalated issues regarding customer questions or concerns to filter before bringing to leadership. Work with the Sales Operations team to track and analyze sales statistics based on KPIs Oversee pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets Serve as a model of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image COMPETENCIES Able and willing to drive revenue through personal production Demonstrated experience of being a top performing sales representative on the Sales team Mastery knowledge of the full array of Cardone Ventures product suites (10X 360, 10X Pitch, Essentials, etc.) Demonstrates a high level of knowledge for process and procedures outside of the Sales function i.e. PRD, SBU, Events, Learning & Development, Finance, Partnerships/Vertical Strategy, Cardone Capital and long term goals of the organization Ability to step in and close deals for other Market Development Associates who are facing challenging or unique objections Proficient in utilizing technology platforms to manage data and coach the sales team.
