Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Lab Technician for a contract-to-hire position at a CRO in Van Nuys, CA. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Responsibilities: Collect, label, and process biological samples such as blood, received from partner labs and physicians. Perform both routine and advanced lab tests following established methods and protocols. Ensure compliance with all SOPs, regulations, and quality standards throughout the lab process. Operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on lab instruments. Document and interpret test outcomes with precision, maintaining meticulous records for reports and review. Maintain a safe and orderly lab environment, strictly following all safety protocols. Work closely with research teams, healthcare providers, and lab personnel to ensure efficient sample tracking and seamless data collection. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Lab Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or a similar field. 5 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory, including moderate to high-complexity testing. Clinical Laboratory Technician/Technologist certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) preferred .
