Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Manager Location: Orange, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial HVAC projects in Orange, CA. This role is suited for individuals with a proven track record in managing complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, and building automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the mechanical construction sector and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects, including design, estimation, and installation, from inception to completion. Provide expertise on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Utilize MS Project and other project management tools to monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely problem-solving. Implement stringent quality control measures and use software like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore to ensure that designs and installations meet client specifications and local regulations. Qualifications​​​​​​​ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 8 years of experience in HVAC project management within the commercial construction industry. Proficient in HVAC technologies such as chillers, boilers, and piping systems, as well as building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet. Technical expertise in software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Trimble AutoBid for project design and execution. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Local and stable work history in the Orange, CA area, with a deep understanding of regional building codes and regulations.
