Construction Superintendent Phoenix, AZ (onsite with travel) Direct Hire Up to $125K (negotiable) plus benefits/perks Description: Looking for several energetic and proactive Superintendents with commercial experience that can run the field operations for a commercial construction project. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining safety, developing the subcontractor’s scope of work, managing a self-performing labor force, and creating and updating project schedules. In this role, you will maintain general condition costs, manage subcontractor quality, and schedule performance. Additionally, controlling the site quality control program, maintaining daily reports, and other project tracking logs. Requirements: 3 years of Construction Superintendent Commercial experience (recent) Experience with ground-up, and commercial tenant improvements Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Projects) Experience with subcontractors' costs, quality, and timeline to completion to stay in budget Understand design concepts of mechanical systems, construction safety, managing schedules Bonus: Experience with Bluebeam
