$35.00/hr - $36.00/hr Direct message the job poster from ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions 6-month contract to hire $72k-$75k salary upon conversion NO 3rd Party C2C PLEASE The successful candidate will maintain accurate IT Asset Inventory and assist in acquisition, deployment, support, and retiring of IT assets based on established IT Life Cycle management. Provides support for IT assets such as computers, monitors, phones, mobile devices, tablets, printers, and other equipment. Offers highly satisfying services and support for all users in the organization, including staff, members, vendors, and partners. Administers all duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software and hardware installations, upgrades, and related activities. Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System Customer service focused, self-motivated professional. Ability to interface effectively with end users and non-technical people. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to quickly learn systems with little or no documentation. Continuous learning of new systems, business processes, and concepts is a must. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of MAC operating systems Seniority Level
