Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundation representatives through personalized communication and regular updates. Donor Stewardship: Develop and implement donor stewardship plans, including thank-you communications, recognition efforts, and impact reports, to show appreciation and build trust. Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the development team to create and execute donor strategies that increase giving levels and donor retention. Prospecting : Identify and research new potential donors and funding opportunities to support organizational growth. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a similar role, preferably within a nonprofit organization Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Relationship Building: Proven track record in cultivating and stewarding donor relationships Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM donor software programs preferred.
