Job Title: HVAC Project Manager Location: Orange, CA Job Summary We seek a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Orange, CA. This position is perfect for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management and at least five years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including planning, design, budgeting, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from initial design to project closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize technical expertise in HVAC systems to guide the design, estimation, and execution phases. Oversee project documentation and workflows using tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Implement quality control measures and ensure all installations meet or exceed industry standards. Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial HVAC projects. Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Procore for project documentation and scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex HVAC projects in a commercial setting. Local to Orange, CA, or a stable and verifiable work history.
