Specialty OBGYN State MI Location 3305 Spring Arbor Rd, Jackson, MI Requirements Henry Ford Women's Health Center is looking for a Physician OB/GYN to fill their need Details: Dates of Coverage: Q1 Q2 2025Schedule: Variable 12 hour shifts 36 hours per weekPractice Setting: Clinic Call and Hospital.Reason for Coverage: short staffedNumber of Physicians in Practice: 2Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes-2 providers and then share call with the Center for Family HealthHow Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2.5 FTE in the clinicNumber of Exam Rooms: 10Onsite Lab amp Utrasound: YESSupport Staff: RNs for intake MAs CSR front desk support.Documentation System/EMR: EPICTrauma Level 2Required Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy i.e. History of Twins Toxemia Pyelonephritis etc.High Risk Pregnancy i.e. with Toxemia Diabetes Class II or Higher Cardiacs Chronic Lung Problems Chronic Renal Disease etc.Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine Delivery –Vaginal Low Forceps Decision-Making for C-SectionComplicated Delivery –C-Section Breech Multiple Births Abruptions etc.VBAC’sRepair of 3rd amp 4th Degree LacerationsGynecology Required Procedures: Office/Minor Gynecology –IUD Cystoscopy Colposcopy Cryosurgery LEEP etc.Surgical Gynecology – OpenEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days Henry Ford does not reimburse for background checks Locum to Perm Reduction in Conversion Fees: MD/DO: 160-319 hours 2500 reduction 320-639 hours 5000 reduction 640hours 7000 reduction Regardless of number of hours a MD/DO has worked reduction will not exceed 7500 Gratis Requirements Call back hours: 8-12 hour shift 2 hours gratis included 24 hour shift 4 hours gratis included Schedule Varied, variable, 12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week- clinic, call, and hospital.
