Job Summary Support Senior Analysts in maintaining product specifications, packaging approvals, supplier certifications, and other Quality Assurance tasks as directed by leadership. Key Responsibilities: Finished Goods Specifications: Create and update product specifications for all East Coast Customers. Packaging Approvals: Review and approve artwork for primary and secondary packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance with labeling guidelines. Quality Metrics: Set up and manage quality compliance metrics within Redzone software. Supplier Approval Process: Assist with supplier approvals by managing documentation and conducting risk assessments. Certifications Management: Complete and maintain documentation for certifications (e.g., Organic, Gluten-Free, Kosher) and Identity Preserved products for East Coast Customers. Compliance Software Management: Support the management of uploads and changes in various compliance software modules. Ingredient Quality Assurance: Oversee receiving procedures, ingredient sampling, and Certificate of Analysis approvals. Internal Audits: Participate in internal audits with the Quality Assurance team. Customer Compliance: Review Customer Food Safety and Quality requirements to ensure alignment with company standards. Additional Duties: Provide support for other Quality Assurance tasks or administrative activities as required.
