Technical Business Analyst

Hansen Talent Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to join our team, supporting a large enterprise client in Columbia, SC. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and collaboration skills to design, develop, and maintain complex applications. (Hybrid: 1-2 day per week onsite) What you'll do: Engage in all phases of application systems analysis and design. Analyze systems specifications and develop applications to support information systems processes. Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written. Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems. Maintain and modify programs according to specifications. Test modified programs, create necessary test files and data, verify logic, debug, and write relevant documentation. Requirements and Qualifications: Proficient in application development, QA, and integration for mainframe, midrange, and PC/LAN environments. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented, able to meet project goals and deadlines. Familiar with project management principles and relationship-building with clients and vendors. Understanding of Web Services/APIs and API gateways Please note this role is not open to 3rd party agencies or C2C candidates. Additionally, candidates must be able to travel to Columbia, SC 1-2 days per week.
