Hansen Talent Group (HTG) is hiring: Technical Business Analyst in Columbia

Hansen Talent Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to join our team, supporting a large enterprise client in Columbia, SC.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and collaboration skills to design, develop, and maintain complex applications. (Hybrid: 1-2 day per week onsite)

What you'll do:

• Engage in all phases of application systems analysis and design.
• Analyze systems specifications and develop applications to support information systems processes.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
• Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
• Maintain and modify programs according to specifications.
• Test modified programs, create necessary test files and data, verify logic, debug, and write relevant documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficient in application development, QA, and integration for mainframe, midrange, and PC/LAN environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Familiar with project management principles and relationship-building with clients and vendors.
• Understanding of Web Services/APIs and API gateways

Please note this role is not open to 3rd party agencies or C2C candidates. Additionally, candidates must be able to travel to Columbia, SC 1-2 days per week.
