Position Overview: The Pricing Manager will develop and implement strategic pricing initiatives to optimize revenue, drive business growth, and ensure profitability. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand and respond to market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial modeling, data analysis, and communicating insights to influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy & Guidelines Develop in-depth knowledge of service and product offerings to understand customer value. Create and maintain pricing strategies and guidelines to achieve revenue targets, working closely with Business Line Managers (BLMs). Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Proposals and Contracts (PRC), Project Management (PRM), and Business Analytics teams to develop business models aligned with pricing strategies (e.g., revenue growth, margin optimization, customer acquisition). Pricing Monitoring & Steering Lead regular business reviews to assess pricing performance, identify key margin drivers, and recommend actions to improve business performance and foster sustainable growth. Evaluate promotional effectiveness, analyze price/volume trade-offs, and provide actionable insights to BLMs to enhance promotional impact. Define and implement pricing reporting frameworks to analyze primary revenue drivers (price, volume, mix, etc.) and deliver structured customer insights on competitive pricing. Prepare monthly pricing reports to highlight trends and insights. Bid Support Monitor sales opportunity pipelines and competitive landscapes in collaboration with the Head of Sales. Partner with BLMs to identify and leverage specific pricing opportunities. Provide competitive analyses, strategies, and support for Sales and Execution teams to optimize market positioning. Offer selective bid support for key account opportunities, aligning pricing with overall strategy and guidelines. Pricing Enablement Develop and deliver pricing enablement materials, conducting regular training sessions with Sales, PRC, and PRM teams. Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing and data analytics tools and processes, incorporating feedback from business partners to drive continuous improvement. Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI, DOMO, or Tableau to communicate business insights effectively. General Support Perform ad hoc data analysis on customer, product, and market dynamics. Support the review of commercial terms during the establishment of new MSAs (Master Service Agreements). Clearly communicate progress, insights, and risks to BLMs and/or Regional VP Business Execution. Escalate issues to direct leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in financial management, pricing, process improvement, and/or data-driven decision-making. High proficiency in price modeling and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in complex Excel modeling; basic SQL/Visual Basic/database mining skills are advantageous. Detail-oriented with strong judgment, capable of clearly communicating complex quantitative concepts to various stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional discussions and aligning with key stakeholders in a matrix organization. Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking independently. Experience in the inspection/asset integrity industry or operations support in Mexico and Central America is a plus. Proficiency in SQL, Visual Basic, or database mining is a plus.
