Construction Manager ⚡ Solar & Renewable Energy Projects Albuquerque / Santa Fe / Corona A key client of ours is a renewable energy, currently building large-scale solar, Wind, energy storage, and EV charging projects. They develop and deliver high-quality renewable solutions for communities, backed by a team of experts in solar construction, engineering, and project management. As a Construction Manager , you’ll oversee solar project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with environmental standards. Responsibilities: Construction Leadership Lead the execution of solar projects from design to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Collaborate with Project Management and Engineering to address project concerns and improve execution. Work with HSQE teams to fulfill all project closeout requirements. Identify, qualify, and manage regional construction partners, applying installation expertise to guide Project Managers. Process Management Develop and implement standards, safety plans, and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. Monitor and improve key performance metrics; proactively address potential schedule or budget impacts. Identify and solve recurring issues, documenting progress to meet project schedules. Qualifications: Experience : Extensive background in solar installation and at least 5 years in construction leadership. Technical Skills : Proficient in reviewing engineering designs, scopes, contracts, and commissioning plans. Education : Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required. Certifications : OSHA 30 Construction Safety, CPR/First Aid. Software : Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
