Hybrid Opportunity: Two Days In-Office our beautiful High Point, NC HQ. As an Administrative Business Partner II, you're an anchor for the team. You serve as a beacon in the watchtower, navigating and anticipating administrative needs. You are a time-hacking ninja who breaks calendar barriers to optimize schedules for the team. You are organized, analytical, and dependable, yet flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong business judgment and exemplary communication skills, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff to support the leadership team. Essential Functions Manage calendars for executive team members. Assist with processing invoices. Gather necessary receipts and submit expense reports for executive team. Coordinate travel for executive team members. Assist with logistics for events, meetings, seminars, or conferences. Build rapport and reliability with executives by learning and anticipating needs. Demonstrate confidentiality and appropriate discretion regarding sensitive materials. Ad hoc projects. Other duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrates thoughtful and appropriate verbal and written communication skills. Exhibits a poised, professional, and 'How Can I Help?' attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Basic MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Other Requirements 3 years' relevant work experience supporting executives. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Fiber or Telecom industry experience preferred.
