The CFAO will work closely with the President and other senior leaders to advance the College's strategic goals. Key responsibilities will include: Overseeing financial activities and maintaining thorough institutional accounting records. Ensuring the financial health of the College while adhering to compliance regulations. Leading initiatives on campus renewal and sustainability efforts. Fostering collaborations across a wide range of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, in a culture of shared governance. Driving changes necessary to navigate financial and legal compliance challenges. Enhancing the College's national brand and reputation through insightful thought leadership. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, CPA, or MBA, and have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
