The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all teams within the data and platform portfolio, enhancing their capability and capacity to support the company's growth plans, and driving the data and platform strategy as well as the development of relevant applications. Candidates for this position should be educated to a Bachelor's degree level, with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership role in data engineering or a related field, demonstrating international expertise. Strong technical proficiency in data engineering technologies and tools, data management principles, and data security best practices is essential. The role involves extensive collaboration with executive leadership, mentoring and coordinating AI initiatives, and representing the organization externally.
