The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, with a preference for those who have a background in a consumer-focused private equity firm. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of M&A include identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and leading the integration process to ensure a seamless transition.
