You will play a pivotal role in identifying and assessing potential acquisition targets while conducting thorough due diligence and spearheading negotiations. Furthermore, your expertise will be crucial in post-merger integration and driving overall business expansion. Responsibilities include: Identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities.
