As a key player in our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions that will fuel our company's growth trajectory. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in deal sourcing, negotiation, and post-merger integration. A background in blue-collar services will greatly enhance your understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred. We seek a proven leader with 7-10 years of robust M&A experience, particularly within the blue-collar services sector, who can inspire and guide a team while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional departments to ensure the success of our M&A activities. You will work closely with our CEO and other executives to drive our M&A strategy, oversee due diligence, and facilitate the integration of acquired businesses.
