Certification Details BLS CST or NCCT ND UAP Job Requirements Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Verification Must have 1 year of experience and experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo, C-Sections Must be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub Must be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter and will get trained that day Schedule Information Rotating 8hr shifts 0645-1515; 0900-1730; 1500-2330; 0700-1930 (weekend only) Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645 Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645 Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff Call response time: 15 minutes with 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call Unit Specific Information of Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN/Urology Experience or 'Must have' skills listed Manager/Charge Nurse presence detailed Orientation: 4-5 days on the unit, 2 buddy call shifts Floating and extra shift details provided Candidates must be proficient in General/Robotics Additional Details Department: OR (Tech) Common Cases include Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience Charge Nurse for all shifts 7a-11p M-F, weekends 7a-7p, manager until 4p M-F Shifts & Scheduling details available Floating Requirements detailed Scrub Color provided by facility This department has a family atmosphere Radius Rule: 50 miles with specific conditions for candidates regarding CommonSpirit affiliation
