Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSeabreeze Property Services is seeking an Account Manager to help support our commercial landscaping and snow customers. The maintenance division consists of all mowing, cleanups, turf care, bed maintenance, plant care, mulching, annuals, and snow removal services for predominantly commercial clients. The account manager must be familiar with aspects of these services, including best practices, trends, estimating, sales, production, and customer service.Seabreeze Account Managers' primary responsibility is to manage and grow existing accounts and ensure their needs are met. Successful account managers build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with commercial property owners and managers. The role is also focused on developing new customer relationships by articulating Seabreeze's value proposition and designing maintenance programs that fit customers' requirements. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, an eye for detail, and landscaping industry knowledge. The Account Manager will report to the Head of Account Management and Sales.RequirementsSpecific duties include: Manage daily customer relationships to ensure continuous sales growth and excellent client serviceRespond to incoming customer requests and questions, via phone, email and in personPerform regular, documented site visits to customer properties to assess conditions, solicit feedback, and identify opportunitiesCollaborate with the Seabreeze operations team to ensure customer needs are met in a timely mannerCreate contract estimates for prospective customers using landscape maintenance softwareGenerate new sales leads, work towards sales targets, and expand revenue from our current customer accountsRetain customers by building strong, trusting relationships Work collaboratively with customers to create proposals that fit both their needs and their budgetsMaintain excellent knowledge of our business offerings, competitors, and industry trendsEnsure all jobs are kept on schedule and on budgetRequirements3 years of estimating, sales or relevant hardscape or landscape experienceExperience planning and executing prospecting activities leading to initial and follow-up meetingsStrong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet established deadlinesMust be organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively as part of a teamThrives under pressure, handles customer escalations in a calm and solution-oriented mannerValid driver's license with a clean driving record.
