Talent Healthcare Staffing Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/09/2024 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Details Travel Rate: Available for local travelers if their start date is on or before 12/13. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years (1.5 years considered with strong experience). Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted. Skills: IV Start and Telemetry. Certifications: BLS required. Target Ratios: 1:6. Contract Duration: 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025. Travelers may take one of the major holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day). Work Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week. No overtime until after 48 hours for those accepting 48-hour shifts. Shift: 12-hour nights. Scheduling: Block scheduling requests reviewed by unit manager on a case-by-case basis. Float Requirement: Occasionally required. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Patient Diagnoses You will work with a patient population that includes surgery patients specializing in colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, and orthopedics/spine.
