Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Family Practice Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Locum Tenens Job Details: • Pay: $105 Hr. • Coverage: December 16, 2024 – Ongoing • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 • Mix of peds/adults • Chart closure within 72 hours • Patients per shift: 18 • EMR: Epic • Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days Requirements: • Active unrestricted CA License • Active DEA • Active AHA BLS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate • NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
