Coverage: December 16, 2024 – Ongoing Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 Mix of peds/adults Chart closure within 72 hours Patients per shift: 18 EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days Requirements: Active unrestricted CA License Active DEA Active AHA BLS certifications Minimum 3 years of experience PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II Board Certified Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
