Company: Milkshake Factory Job Title: Associate Director of Brand Marketing Job Description: MilkShake Factory is seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand-level marketing initiatives and to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market growth. This role will focus on elevating the brand’s presence, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. This role is responsible for managing high-level brand marketing strategy, social media across all channels, campaign development, and creating a consumer mobile app. The Associate Director of Brand Marketing will play a critical role in MilkShake Factory’s growth and report directly to the President. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development: Develop, refine, and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that promote brand consistency. Responsible for capturing and managing visual assets related to the brand including photography and videography. Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, identify trends, and analyze competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing and product strategies. Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions. Product Packaging & Launches: Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and help with packaging and new product launches that align with brand values and customer expectations. Brand Communication: Capture and share MilkShake Factory brand story. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication materials, including advertisements, social media, packaging, and point-of-sale materials. Act as a brand advocate: To all stakeholders – internal and external Social Media & Digital Strategy: Lead the brand’s social media and digital presence, ensuring the content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with consumer interests. Collaborate with the AD of Franchise Marketing to support local digital presence. Customer Experience: Ensure the customer experience aligns with the brand’s values and promises, both online and in-store. Collaborate with the operations to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsible for in-store visuals and graphics. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions for future strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business-related field. Agency or brand management experience specifically within the food and beverage industry (5 years) Experienced with social media, digital, and traditional media channels Proactive, detail oriented and must possess strong time management skills. Able to multi-task in a high-paced environment. Ability to establish effective and positive working relationships with a diverse group of people at many professional levels Proven analytical skills Proven credibility through effective written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft suite of program Design knowledge/maintain graphic files (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe suite of products) Other Considerations: Franchising experience 10% travel Why Join MilkShake Factory?
