Litigation Attorney

Ideal candidate will have an interest in pursuing a career in commercial litigation, comfortable presenting legal arguments in writing and in court, dedicated to the legal profession and determined to be an effective advocate for clients. Role Description · Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials · Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda of law · Manage and oversee a caseload of litigation cases to ensure steady progress towards resolution and maintain regular client communication · Provide clear guidance and supervision to support staff to ensure efficient task completion Qualifications · Juris Doctor degree from a U.S. law school · Admission and in good standing to one or more U.S. state bars · A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience · Ability to take and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, and contribute to trial preparations · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong research, writing, and analytical skills · Interpersonal, leadership and mentoring skills · Ability to handle time sensitive matters, sometimes several simultaneously Benefits: · Competitive salary commensurate · Health, Gap and Dental Insurance · 20 days PTO & 13 holidays · Company matched 401k plan · Continuing legal education (CLE) support · Professional development opportunities · Hybrid Schedule Available.
