Your role will be pivotal in educating and motivating our partners, ensuring the success of both new and existing blood drives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Outreach: Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit donors and increase participation at blood drives and donor centers.Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, schools, hospitals, and other community organizations.Promotional Leadership: Design and execute promotional activities to boost awareness and participation in our blood drives.Presentations & Tours: Deliver impactful presentations to various groups and conduct engaging tours of the Blood Center.Data-Driven Insights: Develop reports and track recruitment activity to continuously optimize our efforts.Training & Development: Coach and support blood drive chairs and volunteers to ensure their success.Flexibility: Adapt to changing needs with a willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Communication Pro: You excel at conveying information clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.Relationship Builder: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you can establish and maintain strong working relationships with ease.Problem Solver: You have strong critical thinking skills and can navigate challenges independently while working effectively as part of a team.Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with computer systems and can leverage technology to enhance your work.Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.Willingness to Travel: You're ready and able to travel throughout our five-county service area.Preferred Qualifications:Educational Background: A BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.Join Us in Making a Difference:If you are passionate about community service and eager to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
